Crown Ridge Hall offers several rooms to accommodate any size event.

  • Entire Hall: 450 – 650 guests
  • Columbus Room: 140 – 175 guests
  • Christopher Room: 130 guests or less

You have a total of 13 hours on the event date rental period.

  • 9:00 am – noon: Decorations (3 hours)
  • 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Vendors (3 hours)
  • 5:00 pm – midnight: Event (7 hours)


Bar services are available for your event. There is a two drink maximum per person, per trip to the bar. We serve beer and wine, hard liquor can be brought into the event with the limit of one bottle per family. Set ups (ice cups, limes, cherries) are available for purchase. Pre- paid keg and margaritas (made with wine) machine option available.

  • Premium Beer – Corona, Dos XX, Modelo, Michelob Ultra, Shiner
  • Domestic Beer – Budweiser, Bud Light, Miller Lite, Coors Light
  • Draft Beer
  • Mike’s Hard Lemonade or Smirnoff Ice
  • Wine-A-Rita
  • Moscato, Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay
  • White Zinfandel
Two bartenders, at $100 each, per party required unless the guest list exceeds 300 people. All drinks must be consumed in the building or in the outside smoking area (not parking lot). Security will also be provided by the hall based on number of attendees. Two officers are required for events with 1 – 200 guests; an additional officer for each additional 100 guests.

Decorations and Linens

Linens and decorations can be ordered through our exclusive Columbus Club Association. There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% for all orders. The remaining balance must be paid in full, 30 days prior to the event. Client may supply centerpieces. As a convenience to you, we set up the tables, chairs and linens before your event.

We have three options available :

  • Deluxe: Polyester table cover with overlay, includes chair cover and sash
  • Premium: Satin table cover with overlay, includes chair cover and sash
  • Platinum: Satin table cover with overlay, includes spandex chair cover and sash
